Healthcare

Systems that serve the patient, and ease those who do.

We build systems for clinics and medical centres that shorten the working day — from booking to prescription to invoice, in English and Arabic, secured from the design up.

What we solve

What weighs on a clinic’s day.

  • 01

    Crowded appointments

Bookings on the phone and on paper, a queue nobody can measure, appointments lost between shifts.

  • 02

    A scattered patient file

Visits, prescriptions and results in different places, so the doctor never sees the whole picture when it matters.

  • 03

    Accounts that don’t add up

Invoices and insurance claims gathered by hand at the end of the day, and gaps nobody can trace.

What we build

What we build for healthcare.

  • Appointments and queues

Clear booking, and a queue reception and doctor see together.

  • Patient records

Visits, diagnoses and results in one file, read in seconds.

  • Prescriptions

Written quickly and printed on the clinic’s own paper.

  • Billing and insurance

Invoices and claims from the visit itself, not a side ledger.

  • Branches and permissions

Each person sees what they need, each branch its own data.

  • Works offline

The clinic doesn’t stop when the internet does.

How we work

From a visit to the clinic to the system.

  1. Discovery

We sit with reception, doctors and accounts, and see the day as it really runs.

  2. Architecture

Patient data first: who sees what, where it lives, how it is protected.

  3. Design

Screens used between two patients, on phone and tablet before desktop.

  4. Build & test

Short stages the clinic tries itself, and automated tests for everything touching money and data.

  5. Launch & beyond

Training the team, then follow-up, support and updates after go-live.

Questions

What clients ask before they start.

How do you handle patient data?

Privacy is part of the design, not added to it: permissions for every role, encryption, and a record of what happens to the data. Solutions can be architected with the regulatory and security requirements of your country in mind.

Do you have a ready system?

Yes: MedOne, our complete system for clinics and medical centres. We also build bespoke systems when the work needs more than it.

How do we start?

Tell us what you want to build on the “Start a project” page, or straight on WhatsApp. Someone from Dimensions Group gets back to you within 24 hours and helps you choose the way of working that fits your needs and your scope.

Do you work with companies in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf?

Yes. We serve businesses in Saudi Arabia, the Gulf and worldwide from Egypt, in Arabic and English, working remotely in clear stages with regular reviews.

Does your part end at launch?

No. Every project includes a 30-day warranty after delivery, in which we fix defects at no charge, and then an optional maintenance contract: monitoring, maintenance, updates, enhancements, security updates, and support as its use grows.

Who owns the code?

You do, in full, once the project is paid for: the source code and the designs. The exceptions are open-source libraries, which keep their own licences, and products we license rather than sell, such as MedOne.

How do we contract?

As the project needs: a fixed scope at a fixed price, a dedicated team on a monthly contract, consulting, or a maintenance contract. Our representative helps you choose what fits your needs and your scope.

Do I need to give a budget?

No. Budget is an optional question, and if you give one, in US dollars. What we need first is to understand what you want to build.
